Immigration has been argued by both leading parties during the 2016 election, but no one has yet to reach a consensus on whether it is causing harm to the civilians or bringing economic benefits. On the pro side they argue that undocumented immigrants should be U.S. citizens and receive the services associated, mainly because they contribute to sales tax and money circulation. On the other side, they argue that illegal immigrants should be deported and removed from the country because not all of them follow the laws and do not pay federal taxes. Is there a middle ground for this solution? Or is only one solution fitting to solving the immigration problem? What are your thoughts/ideas on the subject? Please respond with your ideas on the subject and build upon others.

To create a solution to the problem, one must understand the requirements for citizenship, and it is not exactly you take an oath to Lady Liberty and you're a citizen. You have to be fluent in English, this means reading, writing, etc. be a resident for five years or more, have at least a basic understanding of U.S. government and history, and then some patriotic goodness for giggles. Those are just the things needed to get going on the paperwork process. You have to prepare a form N-400 (Application for citizenship) and then given our government bureaucracy this could take months or even years to be processed and approved as there are undoubtedly hundreds of thousands of applications that need to be read.
With that mouthful out of the way, the solution now becomes clear: Make the process much more simpler. How, I do not know quite yet. This is a complicated issue that requires many heads to be put together to analyze how this process should be reformed.

Unauthorized immigration is not a danger to America in that it does not "in most cases" harm the citizens of the US. However unauthorized immigration with no doubt, has a negative affect on America. It is the responsability of each nation to take care of their people not other. It is a very friendly act to help another nation in need as it is what America would want if anything happen to it. However, accepting immigrants from other countries on a normal bases is to much. Not to mention how America is being portrayed as a tyrant for not accepting immigrants, this is unacceptable. America has a rich and productive economy but with the gradually increase in population the economy will spread thin. America has enough problems with its economy without having an abundance of people. Population is becoming a big issue in the world and in most cases like India, a higher birth rate leads to more people below the poverty line. Also what about American Law? It is illegal to enter a country unauthorized. It is in most for other countries as well, of course the EU has exception. But if other countries act on their laws and America does not, America can not hold its "title" as a nation of justice. It is a disappointment that we can help everyone but that is the sad reality. The truth is as a nation we need to enforce actions agianst unautgorized immigrations, the same as we enforce our orher laws.
